Try editing /etc/ssh/sshd_config and turning off DNS lookup

I encountered a similar problem by chance today on a linux system: it turned out that resolving was switched off, but a local Name Server Caching Daemon (nscd) was still running. Just to be sure, check this is not the case.

I got it resolve with a very strange way :-)
I renamed /etc/resolv.conf
Restarted name-services (When i restarted it prior to renaming resolv.conf, it didn't helped)
restored back /etc/resolv.conf

And it got solved. Thanks all
