Does anyone know the hyperlink settings to look at an AIX5L box?

If you mean the ASMI interface through the HMC ports the default settings are:
Port - IP - netmask
HMC1 - -
HMC2 - -

Accessible from any other valid host address of the 192.168.2/24 or 192.168.3/24 net.
