How do I connect win2003 to AIX?

How can I connect window 2003 server to AIX? I know that window needs to establish realm trust with UNIX. if the trust is established, would the administrator be able to have full control of files on AIX?

Create an NFS share on the AIX box and export it to the Windoze-Server. Enable NFS at the Windoze-Server and mount the NFS share.

The Win-Admin will have control over every file on the NFS share and nothing else. The AIX administrator will also have control over every file on the NFS share and every other file on his machine too.
