How to enable "TCP MD5 Signatures" and "https" on AIX?

I have searched many times but nothing found. Somebody help please SmilieSmilieSmilie

MD5 signature on AIX? is that not for android?
As for https, the port (443) is open by default.
cat /etc/services | egrep 'http protocol over TLS/SSL'

This should popup port 443 without hash.
