Could somebody explain me how AIX is using CPU??
For example when we have 2 processors system is giving all task to one of them till 100% is used ?? Or it's depend on configuration or anything else ??

Best regards

By default all processes bound in load balancing way to processors that are available , Unless if there is configuration to assign some processes to some processor.
Have a look here

if I understand your question correctly than this might explain what you need to know.

Principle is pretty much the same on current p5/p6/p7 boxes the only major difference is that p6 is doing in order processing like i.e. solaris while p5 / p7 are doing out of order processing.

Kind regards

For a discussion about the (quite big) design changes that came with POWER6 you might be interested in this paper.

I hope this helps.
