Restricted user

Hello everyone

I need to create a restricted user or a special user. Here is what I need.

I have this path

Quote:
/opt/ibm/appserver/profiles
next to profiles I have server1, server2, server3.......

The user that I have to create I need that he can move between server1. server2, server3 because in every one have logs directory that have to check.

But I need that we can not move up to profiles for example or that he canīt change to another directory for example /

I try this user with restricted shell but the problem its that I canīt move between server1, server2, server3.

Thanks for your comments and tips

Greetings

set the profile shell to what u want explicitly and enable ssh to the servers you want them to only move between. Sorry if I have understood you correct.
