I think i'm not having permission errors anymore... BUT, i still can not generate the aliases.db... it seems that my OS, doesn't support my sendmail.cf version... how can i update this .cf file???

when i exec sendmail -bi, i get this:

Code:
Warning: .cf file is out of date: sendmail AIX5.3/8.13.4 supports version 10, .c
f file is version 9

Moderator's Comments:
Mod Comment ahem ..., CODE-tags are the ones labeled "code", not the ones labeled "colour". I know, this must seem overly picky, but the rationale behind it is that several features (like the automatic translation feature of this board, which excludes text to be translated) based on these tags. If you replace CODE-tags with any other tags these features would be misled.
