Configuring AIX with Windows AD

Hey Guys

Has anyone out here tried configuring AIX as AD clients for authentication?
I have seen redbooks explaining stuffs but has it worked well for anyone?

Thanks

I've been partially successful with getting an AIX box to authenticate from a Windows AD server. I've only had success using only LDAP, not SSL or Kerberos. I share the SSL part failing partially with the Windows folks. Neither side has had much experience with SSL. This is a good Redbook on the topic and works 99% for AIX 6.1: IBM Redbooks | Integrating AIX into Heterogeneous LDAP Environments
If you are using AIX 6.1, be sure to have these filesets installed. I think the 5L versions had different fileset requirements.
Code:
idsldap.clt32bit61
idsldap.cltbase61.adt
idsldap.cltbase61.rte
