You need an IBM RISC machine (System p) to install AIX. Hope you know that

You also need an AIX licence and an AIX support contract to download a copy.
If you do not have both of these then you can contact IBM sales or an IBM business partner and buy a copy, they will probably need to know the machine type and serial number as well as the system number of your pSeries system so they can order the correct media for you.
