Problem to download cmake extra modules v 1.7

Hello. I am currently trying to compile kde-baseapps.

I issue this command:
/media/34GB/Arquivos-de-Programas-Linux/cmake- /media/34GB/Arquivos-de-Programas-Linux/kde-baseapps/temp/..
which returns
Make Error at kdialog/CMakeLists.txt:6 (find_package):
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "ECM" (requested
version 1.7.0) with any of the following names:

Add the installation prefix of "ECM" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set "ECM_DIR"
to a directory containing one of the above files. If "ECM" provides a
separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been installed.

-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!
See also "/home/leopoldo/Arquivos-de-Programas-Linux/CMakeFiles/CMakeOutput.log".
So I need this ECM stuff.

I found this: extra-cmake-modules.git - Extra modules and scripts for CMake.. When I click in the corresponding link in the column, I receive this:

Bad tag reference: e075c903791dca5bde8dff53d93f185868598006
This also happens when I click any link in this column that starts with "tag".

So what I shall do now? Thanks for the help.

cmake-gui - CMake GUI. USAGE
cmake-gui [options] cmake-gui [options] <path-to-source> cmake-gui [options] <path-to-existing-build> DESCRIPTION
The "cmake-gui" executable is the CMake GUI. Project configuration settings may be specified interactively. Brief instructions are pro- vided at the bottom of the window when the program is running. CMake is a cross-platform build system generator. Projects specify their build process with platform-independent CMake listfiles included in each directory of a source tree with the name CMakeLists.txt. Users build a project by using CMake to generate a build system for a native tool on their platform. OPTIONS
--copyright [file] Print the CMake copyright and exit. If a file is specified, the copyright is written into it. --help Print usage information and exit. Usage describes the basic command line interface and its options. --help-full [file] Print full help and exit. Full help displays most of the documentation provided by the UNIX man page. It is provided for use on non-UNIX platforms, but is also convenient if the man page is not installed. If a file is specified, the help is written into it. --help-html [file] Print full help in HTML format. This option is used by CMake authors to help produce web pages. If a file is specified, the help is written into it. --help-man [file] Print full help as a UNIX man page and exit. This option is used by the cmake build to generate the UNIX man page. If a file is specified, the help is written into it. --version [file] Show program name/version banner and exit. If a file is specified, the version is written into it. COPYRIGHT
