You need 38400 8N1 (Configuring IP Addressing) to get output to your terminal device! Also you need to send a "break" to the device to get response from the terminal. Also see at the above link.

The software to connect to the array is CAM or Santricity. I've never used in-band management features on this type of array (only for SE35xx arrays...) but according to this document it should be possible...
