I'd suggest the following (if all you've done is the metaroot, lockfs and reboot parts of a typical UFS mirroring procedure):
* Boot from DVD media or network
* Mount the original root disk at /a
* Revert /a/etc/vfstab to its previous state (so it references the original unmirrored root disk)
* Reboot the server
I'm presuming you're running Solaris 10 with UFS root here.
If that doesn't work, or isn't what you want, then we need:
* Operating System release
* Commands you issued prior to the system failing
* Output/error messages from the console
