Flarcreate only backup root / filesystem in most cases

SmilieThank you to both fpmurphy & DukeNuke2,

By booting Solaris 10 x86 to single-user mode will mount the root "/" filesystem only in most case, where I have successfully completed a few flash archives backups using flarcreate which took a good 45min (~6.8GB). The restore of application (/export/home) filesystem can be done from the regular Symmantec netbackup software to the DR system at a later time.

Thanks for your inputs,

George
