If disk layout is different you can chose new hdisks from command line :

restvg [ -b Blocks ] [ -d FileName ][ -f Device ] [ -l ] [ -q ] [ -r ] [ -s ] [ -n ] [ -P PPsize ] [ DiskName ... ]

if not, system will try to use the same layout as in source lpar.
