this doesn't have much to do with solaris. you will need to look at your sybase db dumps (if you have them) to restore your data. check the sybase manual for restoring. googling "restore sybase" shows many useful hits.

if you do believe its a solaris issue, why do you think that? please elaborate as much as possible.

Hello All, I use flar to install servers. I am not sure why it does not restore my hostname.bge0, hostname.bge1, ... from the same server with quad NIC card. install-solaris install-solaris invokes the Solaris Install program. Depending on graphical capability and available memory at the time of invocation, install-solaris invokes either a text-based installer or a graphical installer.
