I need a program to rename file name.

so the input to run the program would be

You posted this under Windows & DOS - are you looking for a program for Windows or DOS?

If not, please state what OS and version, what scripting language you are using, what you have done so far (this isn't a "do my work" site) and what problems you are having. Also state what the program is suppose to rename the file to.
