after installation of xp

hello sir
I have done a fresh xp installation without formatting entire disk.
just deleting c: paratition and create parition with same size and continued installation later i saw that after clicking MY COMPUTER on desktop and i selected drive d: saw hidden BACKWARD TO MY COMPUTER option.So i cannot come back to MY COMPUTER screen.waiting for your solution

Please be more specific, it's really hard to understand the issue at this moment with the detail u have provided.
