With due respect I would like to know what should be BEST Things to
do when LEAVING one job , and what Precaution MUST be taken
while taking over new JOB?? Please Discuss in detail the STEP to be
taken for both the TIME ??

vakharia, the site is subdivided into different forums. Each question should placed in the appropriate forum. You choose "Post Here to contact Site Administrators and Moderators" for your question and that was the wrong choice. "Post Here to contact Site Administrators and Moderators" is for stuff like:

And so on. You can get more examples by actually reading the threads in that forum.
