As far as I'm aware, she is in jail for DUI. Well, then the real question is, should Joe who works at Wall Mart go to jail for DUI? It really helps if you know the full story.

She is already in Jail
As she is already in Jail ,she will have to spent the remaining days.But she should not be tortured for human reasons.She is a blast girl for her kind of circumstances but finally whoever it is ,they are our kind -Human.Nodoubt she is a sweetheart of millions and people liked her..So anyway the Jail term is just 2 months which is nothing ,so she will be released soon and continue making news for us).
