I can't change the permissinos

hi,

I have a root account on my ftp server and I can't set the permissions.

How is this possible ?

try chmod ..... no "SITE"

I tried chmod no SITE
but it doesn't work...

hi,

I've finally changed the permissions.. can I ask you if the configuration in the accatchment image is a safe configuration ?

People cannot write on my files.. right ?

People with group permissions can write on your files. If you want to avoid this possibility change the permissions to 755.

do you mean persons in my same group, right ?

Or all groups in which I am ?
