KVM FC12 guest save not working ??

Howdy

I am using Fedora12 with KVM, with XP64pro as a guest. Everything seems to be working just fine, BUT I can't Save. When I do instruction KVM to save, I get a continuing Saving display, but it continues for a long time until I finally terminate it due to boredom Linux I have let it run for 30 minutes before terminating. It Does create a file but the size nevers gets larger than 1.5Kb. No error messages are displayed.

I can Clone and use the clone image, but I wanted to save snap shots as I play with the guest.

What can I do to trouble shoot to see whats happening and to learn more?
Thanks in advance.

I am using an i7 cpu, 8G ram, and WD1T with lots of room
