VirtualBox on Solaris -> no 64 bit guests

Hi,
we try to export a Solaris installation from one laptop to another. I installed Solaris as 64 bit guest OS on my Mac in VirtualBox. After the transfer of the exported files to the other laptop (Dell Studio with T4300 Intel CPU) we try to start the guest in 64 bit mode but the guest only runs in 32 bit... We checked all settings in VBox and in the laptop BIOS... (everything seems to be fine). The base OS on the Dell laptop is OpenSolaris (latest dev. build 132) which runs in 64 bit (checked with "isainfo -k").

Any ideas how to get the OS to run in 64 bit?

Tia,

To run 64 bit guests, VirtualBox needs a 64 bit CPU with hardware virtualization support (VT-x). The T4300 processor does not offer this feature.
