Java Solaris 10.0 PATH environment

Hello,
I am using Solaris 10.0 and defining PATH on command line by the following way:
#export PATH=/usr/sfw/bin....

...but after restart, Solaris forgets what I defined and I need to re-define the same PATH environment.

I want to to get defined my PATH environment during booting automaticially.
Where should I enter my PATH parametres for that?

Regards

Depending on the shell you are running add the command to the ".profile" or ".bash_profile" or any of the other "login scripts" in your home directory.

I'm using solaris 10 and I don't have default file login script (.profile or .bash_profile or .cshrc), just have file cshrc.dt.
there is default configuration from solaris 10?
maybe i'm adding login script file, what must be configurate for order the system for using that file as login script file?

thank you

Hey,

for system default edit /etc/profile and put your path in.
For any user there is a .profile in the users homedirectory.
Put the path in this file.
For more information -> man profile
