When making changes using the vi, can you do it through a telnet session or does it have to be done locally at the sun solaris box

Hi

Thanks for all your assistance in this matter.

I found out that the account which I was loggin on with (root) was the cause of the problem. I logged into the system using another account and was able to make the changes.
