Power why can't I delete this file?

Can anyone tell me why I can't delete this file? I am logged in as the owner of the file i.e. apfadmin. I suspect the "l" in the execute for the group but I don't know what that is or what it means. Thanks in advance for any help.

You need write permission on the directory that contains the file.
ls -ld .
to see directory permissions.
