sftp

how would i go about creating a login where i dont use a private key, just a password. I dont have ANY control over the sftp server, as it is run by another company. i am not knowledgable in unix at all. Please help

If you know the username and password for an account on another system try this
interactively:

Code:
sftp user@nodename

It will prompt for the password for the user account
