i am new to unix so what is keon and non-keon servers

what is keon and non-keon servers? why ae we using it?
what is advantage ? what is kvm(kernel virtual machine ) or( keyboard video monitor)? what the difference between them why are they used?
i would thank if i get answers to these?Smilie

Kernel virtual machines and KVM switches are unrelated. A KVM switch is a piece of hardware letting you use the same keyboard, monitor, and mouse with several physical computers.
