RSTAT information

Need help understanding RSTAT information.

I admit I am a Microsoft Server person and just want to understand my UNIX performance RSTAT data. I know it is not the most accuracy information but at least I can get an idea when something is wrong when performing load tests. Is there a good resource to help define the RSTAT Data performance data?

Average Load
CPU Utilization
SYSTEM mode CPU Utilization
USER mode CPU Utilization

I suggest you to use sar utility

sar -u 1 10

This prints CPU usage every second for 10 times

Also top, vmstat etc
