Starting sshd error messages SCO 5.0.6 openserver

Hi guys i'm trying to start sshd by doing this "/usr/local/sbin/sshd &"
i'm getting this messages # This platform does not support both privilege separation and compression
Compression disabled

I loaded this 3 files
1-zlib- 1.1.40-vols
2-prngd-0.9.23-VOLS
3-openssh-3.4p1-VOLS

I have a SCO openserver 5.0.6.

i got the instructions/ files from this site:

http://atcs.net/ssh_osr5.htm

i got the downloads fromn caldera

You can run sshd in debug mode:

-d Debugging mode (multiple -d means more debugging)

Maybe it is because it's on SCO Smilie
