Power truss output

Hi,

We keep getting hanging Oracle process for our ETL. The dba's asked me to do o truss. All I see is pages and pages of the following,Smilie

The Oracle file systems are luns on san storage. I did an iostat and did not see any wait times for the SAN disks. Any hints?
