xhost unable to open display

I am trying to install ORACLE 10g database on HP-UNIX 11.11
I am running OUI runinstaller from exceed terminal from windows PC. I have
set DISPLAY=IPAddress of PC:0.0

When installer starts it is giving me error of display

1. Ensure that you are Oracle user
2. Ensure that your ORACLE_HOME variable is set
3. Try xhost + <remote machine>

Which SHELL, You need to export the DISPLAY.

Try to print the DISPLAY

echo $DISPLAY

then try xclock before trying runinstaller

Ya I am in oracle user
As per Oracle Installation guide the ORACLE_HOME must be unset when running
OUI (Oracle Universal Installer) runinstaller. So ORACLE_HOME is unset.
When I gave xhost + <remote machine>
It is giving error xhost: unable to open display.
And i have set and eported the DISPLAY parameterter as machine IP:0.0
I also tried with DIPLAY parameter as machie ip:0 by removing last 0
but the problem still continues.

as said before..try xclock or similar x-windows program first
