aix mksysb , hpux make_recovery sun?
hi, for aix and hpux, we have both mksysb and make_recovery for restoring to the former state after it was crashed. is there any equivalent to sun? any pointers will be appreciated. thanks

" just some questions 1) DiskSuite is solstice? 2) currently, i have 2 hardisks (A, B), and is mirrored, any tools, commands, to monitor/learn this concept. 3) A is my current boot disk, so if A fails, B will automatically take over to boot and since they are mirroed synchronously, the data is consistent? 4) any other guides to web sites, etc.. thanks! |
