Monitoring Kernel

Does anyone know any commands to monitor any kernel parameters, like the way netstat monitors network activity...?

How about a few details? What kernel? What parameters? netstat pulls most of its information from the kernel, so it could count as one answer to your question. Ditto ps, sar, iostat, vmstat, etc. adb can display anything in the kernel, but you need a lot of knowledge to use it.

Are you looking for something like 'ipcs', 'sysdef' or 'prtconf'?
