Set command with {
I am having some issues with what should be a simple script.
Using C shell, I am trying to do this - set x = "{test value}" (the { and } are an important part of the data). When I try to reference $x, for example - echo $x I get this result - Missing }. I have tried escaping the { (set x = "\{test val\}") but I can't get it to work. I am probably missing something really stupid and simple..... Please help!!!! |
