I do my backups using the following command
find / -print |cpio -ocv >/dve/rStp0 It has been working fine for ages and suddenly I am getting this error :- Reached end of medium on output If you want to go on type device/file name when ready This happens after you press enter when inputting the find command for backups. It find the directory that you want to backup and scrolls the first list of files up the screen and then this error pops up on the bottom of the screen. I have tried resetting the device, cleaning the heads, changing the tapes and using tapes with more space all to no avail . Hellp !!!! |
