file format for(windows)

i have a file formating .txt
QHG101A^@53^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@53^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@0^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@
^@QHG101A-QHG101C^@13^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@13^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@0^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@QHG101
C-QHG101A^@49^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@48^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@1^@^@^@^@
how can i cut "^@" and replace with correcting character?

Preceding a character with a ^ in a unix convention for displaying control characters. A ^@ is a null. If you want to replace nulls with say, X, you could use:
tr '\000' X < input > output
