Unix Experts Answer this INterview Questions please

1, why Boot server should be in a network in jumpstart?
2, what is the different between patch and package?
3, how to list the avilable NIC in solaris9?
4, User complaing system is slow (solaris) what are the steps to check?
5, what is hardware error and software error and Transport Error? in iostat output
6,How to restruct user shout not change his password?
7, i have a kernel patch do i have to install it in single user mode or multi usermode?
8,User should not ask for password during login ?
9,what is reasy state in zone? what happens in this stage?
10,by default one of the duisk group deleted how to recover the group disk? (no backup)
11,Due to power shutdown some VXVM file sysetms are not mounted what to do?
12, DIfferent between pkgadd & pkgadd -d ?

Is that a joke? Seems this becomes a kind of trend these days to post such stuff here. Get a good book or use online literature, learn it by working with Unix/Linux.
Even if you are accepted and have other coworkers around you that see that they have just someone who had the right answers at the interview - do you care they will be not very happy with you, doing all work for you or being your teacher?
You get no answer from me - I don't support that.

Hi,
I have searched many ways to get the answer for this questions , but i dint get the proper answer thats y i posted here. i though this is a UNIX support site. I know to read books thanks for ur advice but their is some thing apart from the book that stuff i have posted here but u guys are not sharing anything. if i know answers to those i will some one who asked like this. i will appreciate if some answer this questions
