unix os

i need some to write me unix os not linux, it needs to be certified unix.
im looking for senior experts to write this os for me, im not looking to get jerked around on prices can some point me in the direction to find a expert writer now i wnt this system to be both command line interface as well as
gui. i know what i know about unix and i know what i want. can some one help me get a better understanding of unix so i can find a coder to write the os.

What is that?
the only "certified" unix I know of have all true unix (BSD or SVRx ) code in it somewhere...
And so are licensed...
To write from scratch would be making yet a unix-like that can be certified "compliant" maybe but it cannot be called UNIX...
Some professor in Australia gave a course quite some time ago where you had a lot of true unix source...
This said what's wrong with the existing or linux?
