Can any one please provide a fast learning tips to learn UNIX shell scripting?

there is no fast way or slow way to learn the scripting
just go through the man pages of different command
and try to do the same program in different ways say you have to no the lines of the file it can be done in 4 different ways just think and do in this way only you can improve your knowldge..
