Lightbulb getting on to telnet

how can I get on to telnet keep getting the page cant be found

telnet - user interface to a remote system using the TELNET
protocol

To open a telnet session you would need to start a terminal session and enter the command telnet hostname, where hostname is the name or IP of the system you are trying to go to (UNIX). In Windows, you can click START, RUN, and type in telnet and a terminal window for a telnet session will pop up. You then connect to the hostname or IP.

Page not found is normally a web browser error. Please give more detail about what you are attempting to do and how you are doing it.
