We need mailq -v output, as requested above. You also have not shown us anything out of the log files. There simply is nothing here which would help us diagnose the problem for you.
Do you get useful output for host -t mx xxxxx.com? Can you connect with telnet to port 25 of the server names you get from that output? Can you try Sendmail's various debugging options to see whether it knows how to route messages for this domain? See e.g. [Chapter 4] 4.3 Debugging (-d) |
