I wanna knw exatly what happen when we create new user... which directories are created ?? which files are modified ?? thanx.... |

That depends solely on which OS you are and which tool/way you use to create a user.
Basically there will be an entry made to /etc/passwd, when used /etc/shadow and /etc/group. Some other OS'es have a bit more files that are updated, often under /etc/security. Some tools on some OS'es generate a home dir, some do not or only when told to do so. |
