sendmail
When ever I start up linux the pc hangs for 10min due to send mail. Advice how do I disable or stop this from happening?

|
are you connecting to a network ? if you disable sendmail then you wont get any incoming mails to your box. You usually the hang part happends in Linux when there is no correct ip configured or the Network line is having a problem. Check your system for this. Check your /etc/host and edit the IP information in it.
