Question Want to install Unix on a PowerBook 145b

I want to install Unix on my PowerBook 145b, but i have no cd-rom or diskettes, and no idea how i must install it. Can someone help me?

i would also like a x desktop, like Unixware

PowerBook 145b
M68030 16Mhz proccesor
4mb RAM
40mb HD

Which Unix OS you want to install ? RH Linux, FreeBSD, SuSe, Mandrake ? It Depends on which OS you want to install. Also i dunt think so there is a need for the Poll on these questions, with no-connection of answers.

if you are very lucking you might be able to find a copy A/UX somewhere, it is pretty rare from what i have seen today. aux is macos on top of unix. it is from like 10 or so years old. i think that www.lowendmac.com has something about i don't know though

Do you have a disk drive or CDROM drive on your laptop? If so, either download your chose of Unix variant, or buy it froma cheap place like www.cheapbytes.com . Please search the forum for recomendations and links to downloads.
