Do any one know the shell script code to transfer a file from unix to windows on same PC

Go the other way... PC to Unix

run ftp from your windows pc to your unix box.
ie:
ftp unixid

or you could use WinSCP

You can FTP from PC to UNIX.

Just FTP to your UNIX box.
Exmple: ftp jupiter.msc.com.my

I am aware of this ftp command but I want to write a shell script which can transfer files from unix to windows.

you can use ftp from unix to windows aswell, if the windows server has been setup.

HERE is a script that I wrote to transfer files from a unix server to a Windows NT server. It also does a few checks and removes old files, so have a read through the script and use what you can.
