Increasing Disk Quota

I keep getting an error on my site that says:
Quote:
Error: E_WARNING
URL: xxxxxxxx.com
File: /home/default/xxxxxxxx.com/user/htdocs/_include/current/users.php
Line: 0
Message:
fopen(/home/default/xxxxxxxx.com/user/htdocs/_include/current/../../_server/editor/xml/765.xml)
[function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Disk quota exceeded
The server is a 250gb dedicated server so I would have thought I had more than enough space. What does this actually mean and can I increase the disk quota?

Thanks
