UNIX Training?

At work I have to restart applications and install upgrades to applications running on Solaris 10.

Its pretty basic stuff but I have little experience of Unix so it can be a bit hairy at times.

Work have offered to send me on some training but I have to select the course/training. I'm not really sure what I should be looking for.

Are there certified courses I could go on that would be relevant or would just a basic introductory course be enough?

Ideally I would like some kind of cert. for my CV.

Any ideas?

edit: what do people think of this course?

Thanks.

That course is good for Unix users. If you have to work on Unix boxes for your job but you are not the one in charge of the machines that would be ok. If you are responsible for the servers themselves and not just logging in to them as a user, you'd want the System Administration courses instead.

That sounds like me.

I go in, get the logs, start & stop services etc. Don't really look after them per se.
