Solaris 10 on an Ultra 45, there are two serial ports (com A and B) And I need to be able to use an old serial trackball mouse in the openwin dt enviornment. Do I have any options? Even if I have to buy an external device for conversion? Want to configure openwin to use an old serial pointer device instead of it's current configuration of using the USB mouse. One would think this is pretty straight forward, I got two working com ports, and I have a working serial mouse. So why not?
Thank you so much! |
