Sun solaris server auto reboots

Hi Guys,
For the past month, our sun solaris server has rebooted itself 3 times. The sysadmin is saying that is not a sun issue and does not want to carry out any further research with sun about that. The db logfile does not show anything about any db issues at that time. I opened an oracle TAR and nothing helpfull came from it.
Has anyone ever had this issue?
Please help.
Thanks
Marie

Hello,

I've encountered problems like this before in our environment on Solaris. The funny thing is, our machine was rebooting because our KEYBOARD (yes, keyboard) was not plugged in properly. There is a setting in a file that turns that "feature" on and off. Other than that, it could be anything - but it is most likely hardware related (or some obscure setting). Your Unix Sysadmin should look through the system logs to figure out where the problem lies.

Thanks Rado for the help. But the sysadmin does not seem to do anything about this issue and thinks oracle is the one causing the auto reboot. Any details on how to check the Keyboard or any other possible cause will be appreciated.
Thanks
Marie
