cd command

Hello guys,
I am very new to unix. I have directory named CIX TO SIX on one of the servers. I am giving the command

cd CIX TO SIX and its giving the following error.

ksh: cd: bad argument count

How can I open a directory like this?

Also, I have few files on my desktop(windows XP laptop). I am using ssh2 to connect to the server(unix). How can I move the files from my desktop to the home directory(on the server)? Please help me with the commands..
I need help in this topics urgently. Please help.

Thanks in Advance,
Kevin

Code:
cd 'CIX TO SIX'
Directory names with spaces in them are a VERY bad idea in unix.
